We do our best to ensure that all the information posted on our Site is error-free, but we cannot guarantee this. We may refuse or cancel an order containing an item with an incorrect description or price. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are in Canadian currency.

It is possible that a product ordered online may no longer be available in our inventory or may not be deliverable due to a situation beyond our control. In this case, we will proceed with the cancellation of the order and refund any amounts paid, if applicable.

Order Errors

If you believe that an error occurred when placing an order, we invite you to notify us immediately, but no later than 48 hours after its discovery, by sending a message to the following address: nacccordeon@sergeduchesne.ca and providing a sufficiently detailed description of the error.

Shipping and Returns

Unless you have selected a specific carrier and delivery time during the transaction for which additional charges may apply, the delivery method and carrier's name will be determined by the Merchant, and our usual delivery times in your area are: 2 weeks in Quebec.

For international shipping, the shipment of deliverable products is possible; please contact Serge Duchesne, who will inform you of the specific shipping times and fees.

We are committed to delivering your purchases within a reasonable time, subject to the availability of the carriers used by the shipper, who are solely responsible for the delivery of the purchased products or services.

The risk of loss and ownership of the purchased goods or services are transferred to you when they are handed over to the carrier, or if the goods cross an international border, this risk is transferred to you after customs clearance.

Cancellation, Exchange, Termination, Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy

No cancellations possible. Exchanges are not allowed.

Subject to applicable laws, the merchant excludes any warranty or condition, express or implied, regarding title, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the products and services sold on the site.
